Terms and Conditions at Parimatch Luxembourg

1. Important Definitions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern the access and use of the Parimatch Luxembourg website. Key definitions:

• Provider: Galazia B.V., a company registered in Curaçao under number 123456, holder of license OGL/2024/402/06240.
• Client: Any natural person who accepts these T&Cs.
• Account: Personal space created on the site to place bets.
• Restricted Countries: Includes, among others, France, the United States, Australia, Singapore, Spain, etc.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

1. By using this site, you agree to comply with these T&Cs, provided you:
   • Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age required in your local jurisdiction).
   • Do not reside in a prohibited jurisdiction.
   • Are not employed by or partnered with the company.
2. Acceptance of the T&Cs constitutes a contractual agreement between the client and the provider.
3. Any use by an unauthorized person may result in account suspension or closure, with funds considered irrevocable donations to the provider.
4. In case of non-compliance or abuse (insults, threats, spam), the provider reserves the right to limit access to support or suspend the account.

3. General Use of the Site

The site is strictly for personal use. Any use for profit or commercial purposes is prohibited.

The client acknowledges that certain games or services may be subject to additional specific conditions.

The provider may unilaterally modify the T&Cs at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.

4. Account Creation and Management

1. Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
2. The client must not:

   • Create an account for another person.
   • Use falsified credentials.
3. In case of fraud or breach, the provider may:
   • Block the account.
   • Retain funds.
   • Refuse any future account reopening.
4. The client is responsible for the accuracy of provided information and must update it if changes occur.
5. Identity verification (KYC) may be required at any time, including:
   • Proof of identity.
   • Proof of address.
   • Source of funds.
   • Selfie with ID and handwritten note.

5. Game and Service Operations

1. The client plays with real money. No guarantee of winnings is provided.
2. The provider reserves the right to withdraw or modify any game or service without notice.
3. Inactivity for 12 months: monthly fees of 5 USD may be deducted from an inactive account.
4. The provider may impose betting limits per game or promotional campaign.

6. Deposits

1. Deposits must be made using a payment method belonging to the client.
2. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page. If not specified, it is 5 USD.
3. The site does not offer currency conversion services. Losses due to exchange rates may occur.

7. Withdrawals

1. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for deposits.
2. Minimum wagering requirements (70% of the deposit) apply before any withdrawal.
3. The provider may refuse early withdrawals or apply a penalty (minimum 10%).
4. Withdrawals may be split based on technical or regulatory constraints.

8. Refund Policy

All transactions are final. Refunds are possible only in cases of proven fraud, illegal gaming, or prohibited activity. The provider reserves the right to transfer remaining funds to authorized third-party organizations.

9. Anti-Fraud Measures

The provider enforces a strict anti-fraud policy, including, but not limited to:

• Multiple accounts.
• Strategies to bypass limits.
• Collusion between players.
• Use of bots or automated tools.

In cases of proven fraud, the account may be suspended, winnings canceled, and authorities notified.

10. Responsible Gaming

Gambling should remain entertainment. Upon request, personalized limits can be applied:

• Deposit limit.
• Loss limit.
• Session duration limit.
• Rest period or self-exclusion.

11. Complaints

12. Responsibilities & Limitations

Parimatch Luxembourg disclaims liability for:

• Technical failures or software errors.
• Service interruptions for maintenance.
• Indirect or consequential losses related to site use.

The maximum liability shall not exceed 2,000 EUR or the bets placed over 3 months, unless otherwise documented.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, or software belonging to Parimatch is protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or extraction is prohibited.

14. Account Closure

1. The client may request account closure at any time via support, after identity verification.
2. The provider may also close an account without notice in case of T&Cs violation, fraud, or other justified reasons.
3. Any remaining balance will be returned, minus applicable fees and subject to withdrawal rules.
4. In case of proven violation, the client permanently loses the right to create a new account on the platform.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Curaçao law. In case of disputes, only the courts of Curaçao have jurisdiction.

If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

1. The client may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations to a third party.
2. The site may contain links to third-party content. The provider does not guarantee their accuracy or legality.
3. Official communications are made via the email linked to the account. Notifications are deemed received once sent.
4. In case of discrepancies between the French and English versions of the T&Cs, the English version prevails.
